I’ve had to take my S550 there twice in the last month and Luis has been nothing but fair, professional and efficient. I won’t take my car anywhere else when I need a service.

Wonderful service, Luis went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me and my beloved w124. My car is back to normal, night and day difference. I have used multiple shops but nothing left me satisfied until here. Great guy! Of you have a classic car, you are doing yourself a disservice if you dont bring it Pacific Motors. 10 starts.

Luise and his team are truly exceptional. They are incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient, making every visit a smooth experience. Their pricing is very reasonable, and they work quickly without ever compromising quality. I trust them completely with my BMWs, even though they are primarily a Mercedes shop, because they came so highly recommended and have consistently proven their expertise. They always take the time to explain what they are doing and only perform services that they feel confident will meet my needs. I never feel overcharged or uncertain when I bring my cars to them, and I leave every appointment with complete peace of mind. I am genuinely grateful to Luise and his team for their dedication and outstanding service. Thank you!

If I could give Pacific Motors 10⭐️ I would in a heartbeat! We have a 2018 Macan GTS and have been price gouged by Porsche Beverly Hills for YEARS…Luis and the guys at Pacific Motors were able to replace all four brake pads and sensors with factory Porsche pads AND detect/fix a coolant issue WITH a Two Year Warranty at LITERALLY 1/5 the cost I was quoted at BH Porsche. How you may ask? Bc every Porsche dealership charges ~$475 per hour of labor while paying their techs -$45/hr. It’s a horrendous ‘scam’. We will ONLY be working with Luis at Pacific Motors from here on out!!! We ❤️ our Macan and maintaining “Lucy” is important to us and we are beyond thrilled to be working with a Shop that CARES about its clients and their vehicles and not just what they can charge.

I have taken my cars, BMW and MBZ, to Tony and Luis for more than 7 years now. They have always been honest and upfront about the work needed and getting it done at a fair price. In addition to the regular maintenance, I have had them rebuild the engine in my 1982 Mercedes 380SL. They really know their way around the older cars that I prefer to drive. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pacific Motors for your vintage MBZ or BMW.
